Maybe this link will help, as there is a week-long course coming up in August.

if you're thinking of taking it up seriously, better get into shape physically. alot of participants take the fitness test lightly and end up failing. the fitness test is normally conducted at the end of the course so, if you fail fitness test, doesn't matter if do well in theory exam, you'll just be wasting time

i've seen fellow coursemates who were so enthu throughout the course, then come fitness test, cannot run, fail just like that...

just an advice...

yes went for the course.

Cooper test - 12 minutes run... must do minimum 2.4km, if i'm not wrong. encouraged to reach 2.8km, because that's what most FAS refs are doing.

dunno whether they still conduct the sprinting tests. its done immediately after Cooper test.
