"Besides the charge of Eur300,000, Matchworld Football SA asked VFF to cover food, accommodations and travel costs for the guest team during its time in Vietnam. Accordingly, VFF will have to arrange rooms at a five-star hotel, three cars (one bus, one minibus and a limousine) and provide drilling equipment for the guest team."

Re: Singapore - Brazil Olympic NT , July 28
which is why i have been saying FAS misunderstand the Brazilian's requests.
Selecao di Cingapura really means Singapore national team in their context.. FAS just mistranslated so we are probably going to get a poorly-gelled selection team which hasn't had much time to train and prepare.Last edited by Maldini; 23-07-2008 at 12:59 AM.

Re: Singapore - Brazil Olympic NT , July 28
Yesterday's TNP says that only ONE training session will be open to the public. That was the message from Brazil Football Confederation official Guilherme Riberio when he met the organizers for a meeting at Mandarin Oriental Hotel the previous night. icon_cry

Yes, you are right Selecao Brasileira is the Brazil national team, Selecao Olimpica is the Olympic team. Brazil website is telling that they are playing Singapore National team when they are saying Selecao di Cingapura. A bad translator could use selection team . If using Google it would also be selection team.

Raddy announces squad for match against Brazil Olympic Team
Singapore National Coach Radojko Avramovic has announced his Singapore Selection squad of 21 players for next Monday’s friendly against the Brazil Olympic Team at the National Stadium.
The squad features 18 players who were in the Lions’ squad for the World Cup Qualifiers in June. Young Lions central defender Afiq Yunos is the only player uncapped at senior international level.
Lionel Lewis and Qiu Li make a return while defenders Precious Emeujeraye and Noh Rahman have been ruled out of the game through injury.
Avramovic has also called up three foreign players - defenders Kenji Arai of SAFFC and Valery Hiak of Home United as well as Geylang United’s Slovakian attacker Miroslav Latiak.
Says Avramovic, “This match will be a great experience for our players. They will be coming up against some of the best players in the world of today and the future.”
The squad will report for centralised training from Friday onwards in preparation for the match.
