My concern is Fandi and Nasri are more businessmen than coaches.

At the development teams, u really need full-time coaches. In fact you need developmental strategists, that can think beyond the daily coaching, and make things happen.

E.g. Ong KS from Malaysia, who can see that the S-League is off-pace, and bring his team to Europe.

Sports arena channel interviewed Fandi last week. He said Lions XII will entertain no matter we win, lose or draw.

Comes year 2014, some of our players who are born in the year of 1990 will turn 24 years old. Are they consider as overage players?

They are Afiq Yunos, Faritz Hameed, Gabriel Quak and Hafiz Sujad.

What is the agenda of this team if most players cannot participate in the next sea games? (Most players are born in the year of 1991)

Only 7 players can participate in the sea games 2015.

the agreement with FAM is to allow for 8 overaged players.. so we are still within the limit.. the agenda for the LionsXII is for the 2014 Suzuki Cup, thus, the inclusion of the overaged players..

the puzzled thing is that FAS had initially wanted all the players eligible for the 2015 SEA Games to be playing together for the CYL. but we confirmed is that the likes of Faris Ramli, Shafiq Ghani, Shakir Hamzah, Samuel Benjamin will not be in the CYL squad.. so change in direction again...

Power struggle btw winning the MSL (should say finishing as high as possible) or winning the 2015 SEA Game...
