    Malaysian Super League

so each team is allowed to sign a maximum of 3 foreigners of which 1 must be from Asean Countries...

wonder if Itimi Dickson, Precious Emujeraye who havent find a club, will be signed by any MLeague clubs....

can anyone also confirm if this is true??

cos also got reports says the teams can sign 2 foreigners with the exception of Kelantan FA and Terengganu FA who can sign 3 foreginers due to their AFC Cup committment but of the 3, only 2 can play in the M-league as the other is signed solely for the AFC Cup...

Agree with you mate..It is totally a waste of money for having a foreign player just to play in the AFC cup...another funny ruling imposed by FAM...as for the signing of players currently playing in ASEAN league ( Division 1 ), it is allowable...as long as the foreign player country of origin has a higher ranking than Malaysia as at 24th August 2011.

Foreign Players who are playing or who have played in AFF South East Asian League have to complete a cooling-off period of two years, where their last Contract must have ended before or on 7th December 2009 before they can be hired by State Football Association or Club to play in M-League 2012.
if this is the case, then how did Selangor sign the Lebanese captain given that he last play in Myanmar in 2010... the cooling off period is not applied here...
