The 11+ is a complete warm-up exercise designed to reduce injuries in football. Here is the link to the

The 11+ is divided into 3 sections. A running section, a strength section and another running section. It is recommended that players undergo all 3 sections prior to training. For matches, only the 2 running sections need be conducted. It can be done by conducting the first serie of running exercises, followed by ball work and other warm ups, and then the second serie of running exercises.
