happened already, last year before DPMM joined s-league. which was why the M'sians told DPMM to leave in late 2008.

ie, Brunei govt discontinued BAFA society rights, basically killing it off, and formed the alternative FFBD and taking full control of it, as mentioned by giggsrox, going against FIFA regulations/statutes...
